We are seeking talented, enthusiastic people who will give our clients both the best internal and external service in the industry.The primary purpose of this role is that is directs and coordinates timely completion of projects by performing the following duties personally or through liaison with department heads or supervisor.This Project Manager position also:Provides technical advice and assists sales in the budgetary and developmental process of shows.Assists with site surveys as needed to ensure proper planning of events.Participates in the planning and implementation of operational activities for assigned events.Determines staffing needs and ensures that all labor requirements are submitted to the proper departments and or labor sources.Supervises show site operational functions to ensure they are performed in a timely and cost effective manner as assigned by supervisor.Communicates operational plans to show-site staff when required.Maintains daily contact with on-site staff documenting changes & updates as required. | ||||
